Verdiqt is an AI-augmented ad-policy reviewer. It scans creative against published platform policies, vertical rule packs, and an LLM verdict layer, then returns a per-policy result with citations and a drop-in rewrite. Verdicts are model output. They are not legal advice, not an underwriting decision, and not the platform's final word. Treat the workbench as a pre-flight check, not a guarantee of approval.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the workbench, and you must have authority to submit the creative you upload. If you're operating on behalf of a brand, agency, or client, you confirm you have the right to do so.

Use Verdiqt to review your own paid-ad creative or creative you've been authorised to review. Do not submit content that is illegal in the jurisdiction it targets, designed to deceive, or intended to harm a third party beyond what an honest compliance review would require. Do not attempt to extract the rule packs, the citations index, or the system prompts, and do not abuse the service to overwhelm provider quotas.

Verdiqt provides the OpenAI (vision + transcription) and Deepseek (text-only routing) capacity for every tier. Verdict generation hits those providers from Verdiqt’s account; you are not responsible for provider-side billing or quota management. Admin operators may optionally upload an override key, which Verdiqt encrypts at rest with AES-256-GCM and never returns to the browser; we hold ciphertext, never plaintext past a single scan request. Provider-side retention of scan content follows the provider’s standard policy.

The workbench is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that scan results are correct, complete, current, or accepted by any specific platform. Platform policies change. Models drift. Treat every verdict as a recommendation that still needs operator judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wussworldwide and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the workbench, including without limitation lost ad spend, lost revenue, lost data, or platform-side account actions. Total aggregate liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

You can self-delete your account from Settings → Account. Soft-delete is immediate; the nightly purge wipes scans, feedback, and stored assets within seven days. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.
